Version 2026-10-06-draft
Draft awaiting legal review. This text describes how Degen Royale works today, but it has not been approved by counsel and may change before public launch. When it changes, you will be asked to accept the new version before you play.
Poker only works if everyone at the table is playing for themselves. These are not allowed:
- Collusion: sharing cards or information with another player, or playing softly against a friend.
- Chip dumping: deliberately losing chips to another account.
- Multiple accounts: one person, one account, including across browsers and devices.
- Bots and assistance: automated play, scripts, or real-time solvers or advice while you play.
- Referral farming: creating or steering accounts to inflate a creator's numbers.
- Exploits: using a bug instead of reporting it.
How we check
Automated checks look at completed hands for patterns such as one-way chip flow, soft play, folding very strong hands, accounts that share a browser or network and play together, and bot-like timing. These checks only raise a case for a person to look at. They never punish anyone on their own. Staff review the hands and decide; every decision is recorded. Players labelled [BOT] are the house's own practice players: they see only what a player in their seat could see.
What can happen
A warning, removal of play chips or items gained unfairly, suspension, or closing the account. You can ask for a decision to be reviewed.
